Spot-welded wire mesh made of hot-dip galvanized iron. Longitudinal and transverse wires are integrally bonded at every intersection point and were welded before hot-dip galvanizing.

Areas of application:

The 1 mm wire diameter provides reliable protection against rodents (rats, mice). This allows you, for example, to protect your basement windows, raised beds or light wells reliably and permanently from these pests.


Material properties:

  • Material: hot-dip galvanized iron

In hot-dip galvanizing, our steel is immersed in a bath of molten zinc, which coats it with a zinc layer. This forms alloy layers of iron and zinc that are firmly bonded to the steel. When the steel is removed from the zinc bath, these layers are covered with a layer of pure zinc, which typically results in a silvery, shiny coating, sometimes with a spangled zinc pattern.
