3. How does metal-market.eu ship orders?
(1) As a rule, parcels are shipped with DPD, GLS & the Austrian and German postal services. Orders shipped on pallets are transported by various freight forwarding partners.
4. Is there a minimum order value or small-order surcharge?
No
5. Can I order from metal-market.eu with free shipping?
From €100.00 gross (after deduction of all discounts) we ship free of charge to many EU countries.
6. Can I choose the shipping service provider freely?
This is not possible. Orders shipped on pallets are transported by various freight forwarding partners. We always reserve the right to deviate from our usual delivery partners if necessary.
7. How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is usually approx. 1–9 working days after ordering (depending on the parcel service provider).
8. I have not received my goods in full. What can I do?
You have not received all of the goods you ordered? We are sorry about that. It may be because your order was split into several parcels and the parcel service will deliver the missing goods at a different time. In the shipping notification that you recently received from us by email, we informed you how many parcels your order was split into. You will also find a link with a tracking code in the shipping notification. You can use this to track your shipment.

9. Where can I view the shipment tracking?
As a rule, we inform you by email with a shipping notification when your order has been dispatched. This email always contains a link to track your shipment. In addition, thanks to an innovative tracking system we inform you of any damage claims; claims for compensation beyond reimbursement of the surcharge for premium shipping are excluded.
