offer a 30-day return period for goods sold by the roll. The customer is responsible for paying the postage for the return shipment and sending it back to our address as stated. We cannot accept returns that are not sufficiently prepaid.

For custom-made goods, we exclude the right of withdrawal in our online shop, as these products are cut individually for our customers.

If you ever have a problem with one of our products, please contact us and we will find a satisfactory solution. We always strive to be there for our customers.

For accepted returns, we do not charge our customers any restocking fee.

We do not have any “final sale” products in our range that are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
